Children’s Grief Awareness Day

Observance and Hope For The Season

Children's Grief Awareness Day

Observed annually, Children’s Grief Awareness Day is a time to raise awareness about the needs of grieving children and provide them with support. Children grieve differently than adults and need to be heard.
